  • The processing is in our legitimate interests and it is not overridden by your rights

5. Retention of Data

Hill Street Blues will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in the Agreement and this Privacy Statement. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.


Hill Street Blues will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our services, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.


We will not store your Personal Data for longer than necessary to carry out the operations for which we received the data. After this period, we will manually delete your Personal Data, unless we are legally obligated to store certain Personal Data for a longer period.

Personal data processed by Hill Street Blues will not be transferred to or stored on servers outside the EU.

If you have indicated you wish to receive Hill Street Blues’ newsletter, Hill Street Blues may share your first and last name and email address with a third party (subprocessor) that makes it possible to send newsletters.


Overview of subprocessors

Hill Street Blues engages subprocessors for the processing of personal data, including the storage of personal data. Hill Street Blues concludes a processing agreement with these subprocessors who process personal data on behalf of Hill Street Blues in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of the personal data. However, Hill Street Blues remains responsible for these processing operations.
